We are advocates of alternative dispute resolution and to that effect have participated in arbitration and mediation proceedings both as arbitrators and parties' counsel. We have been able to settle complex cases by means of mediation.

Our services in arbitration starts with drafting of valid arbitration clauses and extends to appointment of arbitrator, conducting arbitration proceedings up to final awards registration and execution of awards at the High Court with requisite jurisdiction.
